✧ ADOPTABLES ✧- You cannot claim my art as your own creation.- You may NOT use my art for any commercial/for profit purposes unless you have purchased the commercial right for the design.- You must ask me first if you intend to post my art on another platform/site and give proper credit.(You may credit me on deviantart and any other platform/site. You don't have to ask me if it is Toyhou.se as long as you credit me lumeru on Toyhouse!)- I don't allow tracing or heavily referencing of my art.- You are responsible for keeping track of all designs you have bought.If I store or delete artwork from my account, I'm not responsible for it and will not be giving refunds. But you are free to inquire to see if I still have the original file.- There are no refunds once the design is bought.- You are allowed to edit/change the design upon buying/receiving the design but please keep it somewhat recognizable from the original.- If you make others versions of that design, they must be traded/sold together!

✧ BUYING | TRADING | RESELLING ✧- The design belongs to you once payment has been sent/fulfilled.- Pulling out of bids/offers or hiding/editing them to lower amounts can result into being banned from future sales! This includes failure to pay or failing to respond/avoiding contact for payment.- Designs can only be resold for the original sale price or lower! Regardless of how you obtained them (resell, trade, gift, etc.) you're allowed to sell them if I lumeru sold them.- If a design doesn't have an original sale price, if they're from a raffle/gift/etc., they cannot be resold.- Price of commission/extra artwork will be allowed to be added to the resell value but please be fair and don't abuse it.- Don't resell my artwork as an NFT or utilize it for AI.- Be over the age of 18 to bid.
